My daughter upgraded a phone in June and was given a receipt that the phone was received by verizon. I have been threatened repeatedly with disconnection. We sent the phone per verizon's directions, however, on cal 6 with customer service it was discovered that the box arrived empty. I was told this would be resolved and i was sent a notice to pay 222.00 today or lose my phone service. This started in June and it's now September
