my 7th round with customer service. worst customer service ever.

My daughter upgraded a phone in June and was given a receipt that the phone was received by verizon.  I have been threatened repeatedly with disconnection. We sent the phone per verizon's directions, however, on cal 6 with customer service it was discovered that the box arrived empty.  I was told this would be resolved and i was sent a notice to pay 222.00 today or lose my phone service. This started in June and it's now September

We certainly want the issue resolved with your daughter's phone. What was discussed as far as the resolution?

You are not off to a great start. I was promised a phone call at 10:00 am and no one called me back
