iPhone upgrade

If Apple comes out with an iPhone 7, will I have to pay full price for an upgrade if my contract is not up?

Yes, that is the way it works.   There is always a chance for a promotion, but I would not count on it. 

This fall Apple will likely come out with the iPhone 6S and 6SPlus, maybe a 6C also.  I would be surprised to see a 7 this year.

You've got a long wait for the iP7.  Apple wouldn't skip from 6 to 7...even if they could they'd never pass on the opportunity to get hundred of millions of dollars from us folks who don't mind paying for incremental upgrades... LOL!  Yes, shamefully, I'm one of those people!

Yep... Unless you have another phone on your plan that is eligible for an upgrade, and you transfer that upgrade to your phone.  I recently did that.
