iPhone sim permanently disabled
SCREAMDEVOTION

I locked myself out my sim pin with too many failed attempts on my iPhone 6 Plus. I then obtained the puk code and again entered the code incorrectly. Now, it says the sim is permanently disabled / locked. It is completely my error but is there anything I can do from here to rectify the situation?

Acrillix, is correct. The good news is that you can get another SIM card at your local http://spr.ly/658388Jox store. You are wanting to go to a direct store so they can provide you with another SIM card for free. Keep us posted if that has corrected your issue.
