This started happening a few months ago. My service at my house was perfect. Then it started getting bad. I used to average 4-5 bars. Now all of a sudden it's 2-3. Sometimes even no service. I've swapped SIM cards and tried my SIM card (mine and someone else's) in a fresh new iPhone 6. The problem still persists. Could there be a cell tower issue on my area? I'd also like to note that no other carrier nor phone on the same carrier has the same issue. I haven't tested a different iPhone at my house yet.

Hi Ryan4708
I'm sorry to hear your having issues with reception. Let's dive into this and see what's causing the issue. It may be a cell tower issue. Does service improve outside? Do other VZW devices also have this issue? What zip code are you in?

Thanks so much for replying. The area looks good I'm not seeing any alarms or alerts. Since no other devices are effected. It could your device. Please back up the device with itunes or icloud and preform a full restore here's how: http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-139928/

Someone with an iPhone 5C has the exact same issue while at my house. It's definitely a cell tower issue
