I definitely want to make sure that you know how you can reset your security question for your My Verizon account, silvalcbba. To clarify, the only way to accomplish this is to unregister your My Verizon account and then re-register it. We're happy to help with unregistering. Please check the Private Note we have sent.

I know this is an old post, but on pages where you're prompted to answer a secret question there is a link to "Forgot your answer?" Follow that and you can set a new question and answer, but you also have to reset your password. You have to be able to get a temporary password in text or email, otherwise it will be mailed to you. Then when you sign in with that, you get a screen to set a new password and question/answer.

This no longer works. I clicked FORGOT YOUR ANSWER. I got a temp password, used my temp password, and then it asks my ... my secret question again. That is not helpful when I can't remember your secret question in the first place. I'm going in circles.

We are happy to help you reset those security questions. What we'd do in this situation is help you access the account with a temporary password that can bypass security questions. Once you have used that temporary password once, the system will ask you to create a new permanent password.  Once logged in to your account, you can edit or change the security questions and answers for your profile. I will be sending a Private Note to you here so that we can work on this together.
