I ordered my phone on 9/14 and said "will deliver by 9/19" when I ordered it. I ordered the 16gb silver phone. My order still says processing when it definitely should have shipped by now!! I'm not very impressed.

You ordered on 9/14? Most of us ordered on 9/12 and our shipping dates got pushed to 10/7 or 10/14.... If you ordered on 9/14 your shipping date should have at least been 10/20 or 10/31.
