Check if Do Not Disturb is turned on. While on the home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to pull up your control center. It should have a moon icon on it that will be either greyed out or purple. If it's purple, Do Not Disturb is turned on. Tap on it to turn it off.

Do you have the silent switch on? All calls set to forward? Dial *73 to cancel any call forwarding.

I rely on my phone to keep me connected on all calls and definitely want you to have the same experience, MarkBTaylor. Let's look further into this and make sure you are receiving all calls. When did this start? Where you are located when this happens? Does the phone show a missed called?
