Why is it saying I'm not an account manager when I am already?

It miraculously got fixed. I guess it was the beautiful Customer Support

gal that fixed it just as we were disconnecting from the call so I was able

to put in my sim card..She told me she would alert someone in the tech

dept.. You guys and gals at Verizon Customer support are the best of the

best..

We want to solve this mystery, NanaB16! Where is it saying that you are not an Account Manager? What steps in the activation process is it saying this? Looking forward to hearing back.
