Help please! iPhone 6 calls have dead spots for about two seconds first on the caller end then on the receiver end. Happens everywhere and reoccurs every minute or two.
That is indeed a strange issue to hear about, paulab75. Call reliability is important to us as well. Let’s work together and find a solution. When did this issue first start happening? Does this only happen when you call a specific contact? Do other Verizon users have the same experience with their phone calls?
