Verizon not living up to it's Rewards Program

NEVER got notified about the Rewards program ending....I ONLY FOUND OUT TODAY! No emails, no notifications in my billing, nothing..IN SPITE OF WHAT YOU MIGHT SAY...

and IF you have any record of this..then you should ALSO HAVE A RECORD OF MY REWARDS POINTS AND I SHOULD DULY BE COMPENSATED

We've been Verizon customers since the mid-1980's over 30 years..we have spent in excess of $80,000 on phone calls in all those years. THAT'S MORE THAN A DOWN PAYMENT ON A HOUSE!

I don't know how many rewards we had, but I KNOW it was over 8,000 points!!

I was saving up to get an Ipad..all for naught now..according to customer service. They offered to give us a measly $30 credit on our bill..Disgusting...A HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

we are going to look elsewhere for phone services unless we are fully compensated within the next week...

Verizon does not treat it's customers fairly...you are going to lose a loyal customer and a lot of revenue..our entire family was on a Verizon plan...but as a corporate entity, I'm sure you won't feel the pinch.

Your business practices towards the individual are indicative of how you treat society as a whole and this practice will eventually be your undoing.

Verizon Wireless was founded April 2000, that's nowhere near the 80's -- unless we include Bell Atlantic. And yes, you were warned. This isn't new news and Verizon Up has been around since 2017.

Current customers with unlimited get Disney+ for a year, I have a loyalty unlimited data plan. Won super tickets before and other customers experienced their own rewards for being loyal customers. If you want to make these claims over an overpriced tablet, have fun with a carrier with poor coverage.
