I have had the protection plan on my phone for I believe 4 years now and it is my understanding that it doesn't cover it after this long or maybe only $30 toward a different phone. I want to know how I can drop the coverage plan?? Especialy on my grandson's phone because his was already replaced once and I believe they won't replace it again. If I am wrong on this please let me know or let me know how to discontinue the plan.
