I keep receiving duplicate text messages from different people on different networks (SMS) not iMessage. I've been on the phone with tech support twice and the problem is still there. This just started today and was never an issue with my iPhone 5. Can anyone help me fix this?
I have same issue with my iPhone 6 plus
Puggers83, I want to make sure the messages are going through without any issues. The messages at that are coming in ad dubplicate, are they iMessages (blue bubble), normal text messages (green bubble) or both? Is the device all up to date with the lastest software? Please keep us posted.
