Can you provide more information? What device(s) are being used? Have you exceeded the soft caps? Any troubleshooting done to date?

TAYVEZ,
Thank you for the helpful information. I rely on my fast service every day, I wouldn't know how to act if I had slow service. I'll be happy to help. The device may not connect to 3G/4G if Wi-Fi is turned on. Is your Wi-Fi on or off? How much data have you used so far? You can check here: Sign In . What is your Zip Code?

Having slow internet speeds can definitely be frustrating TAYVEZ. Let's make sure all is working well in your area and on your account. Thanks for providing the zip code. I don't show any service issues in your area that would affect your overall signal. Any other Verizon customers in your area having issues? We want to start by knowing how much data you've used this cycle? You can check data online via my Verizon or via #DATA on your phone. The soft cap is 22gb per line. How long have you dealt with slow data this month?

My phone has been extremely slow since I switched over to the unlimited
plan a few months ago. I am the only person on my account so I wouldn't
know if it affected other lines.I currently have 14 days left in my cycle
and used 2.09 GB.

Thanks for verifying, TAYVEZ,
Let's keep digging. We want to ensure we are on the same page. Is the device itself slow or is it the data speeds. Please describe what is happening. Additionally, let's look into the data speeds you are experiencing. Kindly run a Speed Test. What are the results? Just in case: www.speedtest.net
