On your iPhone, go to the watch app
Click on the first item which indicates the watch it is trying to pair with
Click on the i with a circle around it (information icon)
Choose unpair Apple Watch

It has to be upsetting to see the iPhone try to pair to a watch you no longer have, Johncavedo.
