5Jays, we want to make sure that you can use your mobile hotspot. Allow us to help! Have you recently made any plan changes to your account? The reason I'm asking is that there are some plans that do not include the mobile hotspot function. What exact plan are you on? To check, you can view this in your My Verizon app: Open the menu in the top left. Tap Account. Tap My Plan.

What exactly happens when you try to use the mobile hotspot? You are posting this issue on an iPhone 6 forum. Just to confirm, are you using an iPhone 6? If not, what phone model are you using? AliciaD_VZW
