Using the Edge program, my iPhone 6 Plus 64gb was ordered in store on the 12th around 11 am. On the paper they gave us at the store it said that the delivery date was the 19th. I still have not received the phone and the 'Order Status' page keeps saying that "there is an error with our system, please try again later" or something along those lines. Could a rep please check my status?

They're in your forum inbox, i.e., click the drop-down next to your user name at the top of the page and choose Inbox & Activity. Then on the left-hand side of the page, click Inbox.
