My wife and I are switching to Verizon at the launch of the iPhone 5. This morning I was able to pre-order one of the phones for delivery on the 21st. Unfortunately, it wouldn't let me pre-order two, so I will be waiting in line at the local apple store to get the other one. My question is: I have not been given any information re: our new Verizon account. I want the phone pre-ordered on apple.com and the one I buy at the store to be on the same verizon shared plan. Is there any way to get my Verizon account number by the 21st so that I can add the new line?
I have spoken with two customer service reps and nobody seems to have an answer to my question.
pre-order the other one from Verizon and then combine the accounts when you get them.
