sorry if this has been asked before. I recently used a family member's upgrade to purchase a iphone 5 from the apple store. I just picked it up from the store and was told that the line on my family member's phone had been disconnected. How should I proceed from here so that I don't make any mistakes swapping/ activating the phone? Do you guys recommend going into the verizon store to do it?
