I was prompted to update my operating system to ios 10.0.1 so I did it. After that, I was unable to connect to my home wifi. I went to youtube and tried every soluiton I could find but nothing worked. Therefore, the last solution was to downgrade back to the most recent operatirng system. I did that and now I have wifi, but "no service"
Again, I have tried various fixes with no luck. Could someone please help?
ctwahl90, We wil get your service back. You shouldn't have to sacrifice to get WiFi. How did you downgrade to the previous software? Are any of your services working? What zip code are you at?
