, inside of screen is cracked. called tech support they told me some BS that i didnt have protection on my phone..i did three months ago and havent changed anything! so mad...

We certainly want you to have a phone that isn't cracked! Did you sign up for coverage when you purchased your phone? Did you pay for your coverage all up front or were you going to pay on your monthly bill?

I had coverage when I got the phone but apparently it got taken off in November by my online account but I NEVER would have taken that off on purpose. I was paying the 10 a month.
