The restrictions menu is a great way to enable parental controls, whcc. Unfortunately with all the passwords we have nowadays it is easy to forget them. In order to remove the restriction lock on the iPhone 5C you would need to restore as a new iPhone. The reason you would not be able to restore using a previous backup is because the restriction code is saved to that backup. Restoring an iPhone as a new device will erase the phone's content, but you will no longer have the restriction passcode. You can refer to this link to restore the iPhone as new: http://bit.ly/S6oGaj
