Hi,
I have had my device for a while and at this point have tried everything to troubleshoot the issues i am having. Sometime yesterday, my phone dropped 3G all together, and is only functioning unless I am connected to WiFi. Clearly an issue, considering it is a MOBILE device. I have full bars, but instead of 3G i get the verizon o at the top left of the screen. All apps are closed, i have soft and hard rebooted the phone, and reset network settings from the General Menu.
Any words of wisdom on how to fix this? I really wish I would have stayed with my more than reliable 4S. The 5 has been nothing but issues!
