my iphone 5 has recently stopped texting. I can instant message iphones with wifi but i cant send text messages to anyone else with other devices. I have been living in st thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands for the last couple months and have had no issues untill just a couple days ago. I tried to reset my network... i tried turning off my phone multiple times.... still wont text message anyone. You dont have a store on the island and i wont be back home for another 3 weeks. What can i do to get this fixed? please help.... i've got no way of communicating to verizon either, as i will be charged extra for using mintues here to call customer service. thank you again for your help and time
I'm a text message king so I understand the importance of getting this resolved for you, tybeau86. What happens when you attempt to send a standard message? Do you get an error message? Does the message time out? Please provide me with a few more details.
