It was fine all until yesterday. I received a 1x instead of my LTE. This isn't the first time. The first time it happened it was only for a day. However this time, its been over 24 hours and I am concerned if it's a phone problem. Anyone else getting this issue?
Could be there are working on the towers in your area.
Its been 48 hours. Where can I call to verify that its a tower problem instead of a phone problem?
Not sure. If you had someone next to you that also has a 4G phone or preferably a iPhone 5s and if they get a signal then it's clearly a phone issue.
