What was the reason for allowing old Alltel customers?  Wanted to know so that when I call, I can explain to the customer service rep, who may not know what I am talking about.

You probably already know this by now, but you would be paying more than $120 for 2 smartphones and 6gb of data.  I calculate that to be $160.
