So I spoke to Verizon customer service today and I was told that they will allow me to upgrade a few moths early for the iPhone 5. However I will not be able to do the preorder over the web, I will have to do it over the phone. The customer service line doesn't open until 6am. Will all the pre orders be gone by this time or will they open the customer service lines early on preorder day? Any thoughts?
