Hello,
Recently I have been having issues with my lock button, but have not had the opportunity to take it by a Verizon Store due to me being in school. The lock button issue came about without any dropping of the phone, "crushing" of the phone, or any water issues. The lock button needs to be pressed 4-5 times for the phone to lock which can become rather annoying.
Today I began having Network Issues. In the top left of my phone, it constantly says "Searching..." I have tried restarting my phone multiple times as well as resets and the problem still persists. iMessage occasionally works on wifi, but goes in and out. Although, I can access other apps such as Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Any help with this issue please?
