Hi Didn't know how to post this so here it is. Verizon has no loyalty to old customers then new. I wanted to upgrade to the new Iphone, was eligbled for a "upgrade at a discount" and have been a Verizon customer for 14 years. I was offered an upgrade which was the same as a new customer and also charged a $30 upgrade fee. I have 3 lines with Verizon and intend to cancel all 3 when the contracts run out.
