i recently had my 5c glass cover replaced and now my callers voice is very scratchy. Any solutation?

After replacing my glass cover on my 5c iphone now having scratchy  voices voices on ingoing calls.  Any suggestions who to repair the problem.

Take it back to the repair person who performed the service.
