how do i stop an upgrade that has been going on for over 24 hrs?

My ios 10.1.1 has been stuck for over 24 hrs, drains my battery and limits function. How do I stop it?

I am updating using wifi. In "settings" uder iCloud Drive it says " Upgrading."
