It's been 4 months since I received a Voicemail. When someone calls my phone and leaves a message it usually comes up on my phone as : "You've got a new voicemail from (XXX) XXX-XXXX. Transcript: Unable to transcribe this message"
Anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks

Thanks for your response.
I forgot that I had let Google Voice intercept my Voicemails. I changed that back by calling * 73 to release it back to Verizon Voicemails. It now work again.

kyoootee,
Let's make sure we get your Voicemails coming through again! Has there been any changes to your device in the past 4 months? Is your software on the iPhone up to date? You can check under your General settings. Please share a few more details so we can assist in finding resolution. Thanks!
