Could verzion please explain why I have to pay a $30.00 upgrade fee when I have to wait 3 weeks to receive the phone. 10+ year customer here I would think they would automatically wave the upgrade fee when you have to wait that long for the phone to ship

At least you know about it. I thought that going into a physical location to get my phone would allow me to handle the phone and understand the contract more thoroughly. Instead it allowed the slimeball of a sales guy to lie about the upgrade fee and then tell me "I thought you knew about that" when I called him on it... after I had bought a phone and signed another contract.

You upgraded, you pay the upgrade fee. I do think they should give something to the customers though, since they are having to wait a long time to get their phone. But waiving a fee for an upgrade that did happen wouldn't be it.
