I have a couple of questions hopefully you guys can point me in the right direction. I joined Verizon in April and I purchased the Blackberry Z10 with 2 year contract. (I been with blackberry for almost 7 years but I truly gave up on them. Very disappointed with the apps and a bunch of other stuff) I want the iPhone 5s but I'm not eligible for an upgrade? What should I do? I really don't want to spend $500 or $600 for a phone.
Your two options -- besides paying full price off contract -- are to use an available upgrade from another line on your plan or add a new line.
Canceling isn't a good option in this case. Besides paying the ETF of $300, you wouldn't be able to start a new contract again for a certain number of months.
