I have less than 3 weeks left on my contract and my iphone 4 has been buggy for past two months the phone restarts itself the apps crash thing crawls when doing anything factory erasing phone and resync works for like a week then back to same. I called asking about early upgrade to iphone 5 the rep tells me that I cant upgrade prior because of an agreement they have with apple because of the demand of the iphone and apple would not ship one out to me before my contract end date of march 7. I told her that was new to me and strange that if I just went to another provider that they would ship one out she told me I was wrong. Can someone confirm her story or was I just getting a lied to like I feel like I was.
The rep was correct, Apple doesn't allow early upgrades.
Also I want to let you know it's ONLY Apple. If you wanted a DROID of some sort, you most likely CAN early upgrade.
