I've been using VZ Navigator for a while on my iPhone 5, and at some point the voice directions simply stopped working. There's an intial announcement "Getting route", then nothing. I looked through the preferences: and the voice selected is Michelle, the volume slider is at an appropriate level. There does not seem to be any setting for enabling or disabling voice updates.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Good morning. I am sorry to hear of the difficulties you are experiencing with the VZ Navigator on your iPhone 5. I know having reliable navigation is important.
I was able to verify there are no known issues with the VZ Navigator and the iPhone 5. Please try this http://vz.to/OPvlTr then test the VZ Navigator. If it still does not work, please try uninstalling the VZ Navigator application then reinstalling it. Please reach out to us if you are still experiencing difficulties. Have a great weekend!
