Text Messages not Sending!!!

It has been going on for about two weeks now. My phone WILL NOT SEND TEXT MESSAGES AT ALL! It will send iMessages to other apple users, but I cannot send or receive text messages. This is becoming a huge issue for me and I do not know what to do... HELP!!
