I suspended my phone before and was told that I could only do this for 60days and that I would have to re suspend when that time was up. I did that, but it only gave me the option of suspending for a day, so everyday I have to go in and suspend it. There was no option for 30 days..The bill cycle also was continued and I was billed for a monthly service I did not use. I tried to contact someone using live chat but it is not working.
