Hi Flipper7128
I'm sorry your device is searching. Did this start after something was updated? What zip code are you in? Does this happen outside as well?
I look forward to working with you to get this addressed.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues, jamesxtro. Let's see what we can do to get your phone back up and running. What zip code are you located in? Have you tried going to Settings>General>Reset>and Reset Network Connections? This can help get your phone communicating with the network. Please keep us updated.

I already turned it into Best Buy for a replacement phone. I appreciate you
getting back to me. Appears to have been a software issue with the phone. I
reset it back to factory settings but the phone would not pass the restore
screen after restoring it with itunes.
Thank you,
James
