Retrieving Deleted Text Messages

For Jan and Feb I was able to track deleted text messages on our account. However the most recent billing is not showing any text messages from 3/8 to 3/18, when I know in fact we were texting. Is there a reason why these would not be reflected on the bill for this billing cycle? I contacted customer support yesterday but no one was able to help.
