Recently I have had difficulty sending text messages. It seems that I can only text people who have iphones and even then it is spotty. I will have 4 bars and LTE and it will not send my text. Also, I can no longer send my imessages as text messages. I am really confused because I can call people who do not have iphones but I cannot text them. It is frustrating to never know when I will be able to text someone, even if it appears I have service. Also, I tried resetting the netweork settings and that didnt help either. HELP!!
definitely a service issue. if you can text iphones , then that means "imessage" is working (imessages and sent and received over data) but your normal text messages are not. it is an easy thing for a tech rep to fix, but they are the only one that can fix it because it's an issue on their end.
