PUK Code

I accidentally locked my SIM and now I need a PUK code and I don't  have access to it online because I am an account member and I dont have  a way to call Verizon either. What can I do?

If you have an Account with  My Verizon  you can find your PUK Code there in were your Phone options are if you'd Rather go the Route of Getting it Via Customer Service here's there Contact Number.. (  1-800-922-0204  via Land Line )  And if by Cell *611 using a Friends device of Course the option I'd choose Option 3 Tech Services..
