NEW iPHONE 5S WITH UPGRADE - ASSIGNED WRONG PHONE NUMBER

I have an iPhone 5.  I ordered a new iPhone 5S using a daughters upgrade.  I requested that the upgrade be transferred to my number. CSR said not problem.

I received the phone and the shipping papers have my daughters phone number on it.

I don't have time in the immediate future to go to the local store.

Can I use the Activation page to activate this phone to my number, using the option "I want to activate a device never associated with this account"?

If not is there a way to do this without having to go to the local store for a new sim card?

call customer care. tell them you need to activate your phone on your number. They can do it with no problem and you dont need a new sim card. thats the quickest and easiest way for you to get your phone activated.

Thank you for the quick reply.  I tried that once early this morning.  And was told I had to go to the store, but that doesn't just seem right to me.  I will call again!
