Santa Claus just brought my daughter a new iPhone 5 for Christmas. Much to our disappointment the camera will not work. We have tried the usual checking in the settings and even a hard reset. The camera will still not operate.
Does anyone have any tips that we may be missing? Thanks for all your help.
Santa Claus bought your daughter a wonderful gift! If a hard reset hasn't worked, the device may need to be replaced. If you haven't already, also try a restore thru iTunes. When you connect, you'll see info in the middle of iTunes to restore. Here's more info http://bit.ly/ViNE3w. If no change, you are able to exchange the device until 1/15 for holiday returns.
