Music on new phone

I just purchased the 5c and all my music from my 4 was in itunes. I now cannot pull up the music on my 5c. Any suggestions?

This free app may assist you. You can open up the new itunes 11.1.1 make sure its the new iTunes and hook up with your usb cable, the phone will register as a new drive letter or it can be accessed via opening the device from the upper right or left corner. You can then sync the music from itunes onto your new iphone.

I pay for the icloud and with it you need only sign into iTunes with your email address and password and the music can be downloaded or played via opening the music tab on the iphone. Your music in the cloud can be accessed from any iphone or ipad or ipod you have via your apple id and password.

I can understand the frustration of having the ability to listen to your music on your new phone. I'm sorry you're having issues NicoleChou. What happens when you connect your new iPhone to ituns to sync your information? Have you went through the steps to sync the device to itunes http://vz.to/1fGfMcI? You also want to ensure you have the latest ios7 software on your computer for iTunes http://www.apple.com/ios/ . This should help with your issues. Please let me know if you see the music, what happens when you sync the device to itunes, and if you get an error message. Please keep us posted.
