LTE Connectivitiy Issue

I have an iPhone 5 and am unable to connect to the LTE network.  My phone always says 3G now.  This had never been an issue until recently.  My fiance has the same phone and hers connects just fine.  I have checked all my settings and 4g is enabled.  Am I missing something somewhere or do I have a bigger issue?

ReLaXCarbi- Check your data roaming under settings. Then try a network settings reset.
