I bought an iPhone 5 about a month ago and the Verizon coverage map shows that we have coverage in my neighborhood. Well, I can barely make a phone call that lasts longer then 3 minutes. It either gets dropped or it's so broken up I cannot understand the person on the other end. I have spoken to other people in the neighborhood and they have the same issue. It's only people that have Verizon. I have gone to the local Verizon store and they say that I have coverage and it should work. The store did change the SIM card and it did not effect my dropping calls issue. The funny thing is that they have all complained to Verizon about this issue. Unfortunately nobody at Verizon seems to care. I have offered to take someone from the store to my house and try to make a call on my phone. Needless to say, none have taken my offer. Any suggestions?
