My iphone 5c started not sending or receiving messages and then it completely reset itself to where it has to be activated again.
Mark, I regret to learn your device reset itself. I definitely know how much of a pain that can be and welcome the opportunity to assist. Were you receiving any error messages before this occurred? Was your iPhone regularly backing up to the iCloud?
