I was cleaning my phone today and decided to clean my sim card and it fell down the air vent and I can't get it. I really do not have time to go to store or talk on phone. Does anybody have a different solution besides buying one off a auction site.

You should call customer service and request a new be sent to you. It shouldn't take more than five minutes.
