Let's see what's going on. Is your phone displaying missed calls when the phone isn't ringing or are the calls not showing up as missed calls at all? Have you noticed if this typically happeing while you're indoors? Please share additional details so we can better assist.

is your phone on vibrate or sound? make sure the sound is on by toggling the switch next to your volume buttons
