Im going to give my IPhone 6 on Verizon tomorrow and i wanted to know to put her number you just take out the sim card and put it in the 6 and if not what do you do?

If the Sims are compatible you can certainly do that.

Yes.  The SIM sizes are the same with the 5S and 6.  Just take SIM out of the 5S and put it in the 6.  That's it!
